Please note that your request may take up to 2-3 business days to process. Once your request has been processed, it will remain in effect for the life of the account(s) unless you re-enable it. Cookies Use of Personal Information Mindpath may request your e-mail address or mailing address for the purposes of conducting a survey or to provide additional services (for example, subscriptions to e-mail newsletters, announcement lists or special promotion events).
